Visual Bug in Video Available Display for Custom Video Request
Dear RoscoLive users,
An issue has been discovered that the Custom Video Request calendar and Details menu is not displaying available video for cameras before the date 09/22. We've investigated the issue thoroughly and are confident this is purely a visual issue with displaying the dates that have available video in the Custom Video Request menu and is not in any way an issue with camera recording or missing video. We can gladly assure you that if a camera was active and recording before these dates, then the video files are still available and can still be requested through the Custom Video Request menu like normal and they will be returned as expected.
The team is working on fixing this issue with highest priority and we appreciate your understanding in the matter.
